Order 92221 cancellation

<p>I phoned Van schaik online to have an order cancelled on the 09-12-2016 and I was told to send an email, I did send an email the same day and did not receive any feed back. I sent another email on the 12-12-2016 requesting for a feedback, no respond from van schaik online. I phoned several times and was told that someone will call me back. I phoned again spoke to Veronica today 19-12-2016 and she told me that the person working with emails is not available she will call me back as soon as the person arrives. They always say they will call me back but never did. I WANT MY REFUND. ORDER NUMBER IS 92221</p>
