Online service suck

I have placed online order for books Gr12 on the 6th January. When i ordered books it showed stock available. I don't get any feedback regarding books when i send email i only get answer books need to be ordered. So my question if it showed available why must it still be ordered. I just phoned van Schaik online help and lady told me books must be ordered and take 6 to 8 weeks, No were was that said with the online purchase this i worst online purchase i have ever done.
