Online Order
I have just registered online with van Schaik and i really regret doing online business with this business.Altough the internet platform states that books ship in 1 day.I had to wait longer than a week.Order placed and paid 17/03/2015 received 24/03/2015.I received the wrong books and was told that they do not have the books in stock to fix the mistake.I then asked to return one of the books that i received on my second order as i no longer need it and the lady refused to do the refund refering to the first order and the mistake they made.Customer satisfaction is not high on this company's agenda and i will not proceed with my order for the rest of the books i need.

We investigated the matter and apologise for sending you one title (Engineering Science N3 ISBN ***) twice. We will gladly arrange for it to be collected from you at your convenience.
The other title (Electrical Trade Theory N***) is unavailable at this time, we can refund this to you as well or we can place an order with the suppliers, but based on experience that may take 6-8 weeks for us to receive it.
