note of apreciation
I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by your personnel two days back on 28th February 2016. I was facing the problem of purchasing text books and receiving them on time. I was attended by Miss. K****tso Matjeng and what great service she provided.<br> <br> Ms K Matjeng has a caring approach and she is a true professional. Please accept my gratitude towards her and your customer care staff for their speedy and efficient services.
