NON DELIVERY OF ORDER

So Unreliable and inconsiderate of their customers. The worst is lies from their staff, so unearthical. I placed an order on 28th December and they still have not delivered and the reason is they have misplaced the invoice Yesterday the promised to send urgently stating that they found the invoice. They haven't committed to their promise and currently am sitting looking at the ceiling because they dont even pick up the calls. They keep you in queue and when you get to the first line, there is a recording which is so unpleasant

Don't ever consider ordering on line, they have ZERO regard for their clients
