No service at bookshop in Monash University campus

<p>Mpho Diale gross disregard for customers as went went there to buy a book as a distance learner from another university. On arrival today she looked so disengaged when we stood before the counter for her to call us through. Instead a hand gesture was made assuming it means come to me. I then raised my concern on that time of her behaviour as a service provider and her response was its my job to complain as that's how she addresses all her clients alike. Gross disrespect for us as customers </p>
