I have had the most pathetic service ever received from this book store it unfortunate my company deals with this type of unprofessional people.i requested a quote for books which was only received 5 days later after calling them 6 times .my company paid them the same day i was never contacted yet again i called them and on the 30th confirmed all was in order. To date i have been having a battle to get my books after me calling non stop the lady eventually helped me with 3 books and still i have not been able to get in touch with them for the 2 more.which are the subjects i am writing. I am calling with no answer the email comes back stating Ryan is on leave<br> This is by far the worst experience ever.i would rather use another branch and in the future i will pay cash to another supplier and rather get refunded than work with such unprofessional unhelpful individuals.
