No exceptions?????

Not a happy customer. Bought 3 books from the store in Parow last month (Feb) , which came to a total of R4000. Was only notified this month that we no longer require the books at the college. I called Van Schaik and asked if we could return the books for a refund and was rudely told can only return after 10 days of receiving the books. Have not even opened the books pages yet. Not sure why can't make an exception???
