No delivery yet, way past promised date
I ordered two books online on the 21st of Feb 2016. The status on both books were on the website \DELIVERY INFO: IN STOCK - SHIPS WITHIN 1 DAY\". I live 9.9km from the bookstore but it has been five working days already and no delivery. Last year I had the exact same issue and a week later fetched the books myself. Unfortunately I am not in the position to collect the books myself, that is why I make use of your delivery service. This is unacceptable, why do you offer delivery if you cannot comply? If you have the books in stock why is it taking so long to deliver them? Last year's order number was 65888."

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We investigated the matter and found the following. You placed the order on a Sunday, which means it would have only been processed on Monday. The one book you ordered was in stock, but the other book wasn't so we had to source it for you.
When we dispatched the books, the courier company reported to us that no-one was at the stated address to receive the parcel.
Since then we have been in communication with you again and delivery has been arranged for today.
We apologise for any inconvenience.
