No delivery and no updates

I placed an order on their website on the 29th of December 2025 and paid for Express Delivery, today is the 9th of January 2026 and my order has not shipped or anything, they do not send any updates, I have called them almost everyday and they always tell me “Your order is complete and will be shipped out later today or tomorrow” It has been weeks now!! Please save yourselves and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ONLINE cos they are trash!!!
