I would like to thank Mpho Diale at your branch at Monash University - she is efficient, irrespective of unavoidable delays she always tries to keep up the excellent service expected by students who might be a bit anxious as exam time is coming close.Mpho has made my experience so pleasant that if I hear any of my collegues discussing their studies, I refer them straight to her. This is the type of service that is few and far between and hard to come by in a society where we always expect the worst, and mediocrity is rife. Mpho has pleasantly surprised me and made this year a bit less overwhelming with regards to my studies. Thank you Mpho. You are a star and should be treasured as such.
