Money taken but no book sent

In October I needed to purchase a prescribed book urgently. The title of the book is Information organisation. I tried witbank and pretoria they did not have it. I then spoke with Mthunzi at Boksburg branch. He advised that the book costs more than R800 but he can buy the book on staff price if I deposit R400 in his FNB account. He sent me bank details over an sms and I transfered money. The book was never sent to me. He kept on telling me that I must deposit another money for the courier. I now no longer need the book and I want my money back. I realised i took his word and the company is no way involved but I am just worried how many more customers has he taken advantage of. So even if the book store does not refund me his superiors deserves to know him for who he really is and how he is treating customers.
