Mohamed Faeez So Unprofessional
I am a student at Unisa. I placed an order on the 30 March. Due to the lock down, delivery couldn't take place and that was understandable. I waited. I needed the textbooks mostly for my assignments and exam. I then realized that for accounting I ordered an ebook. I don't need an ebook, I then asked for an exchange after I first attempted for a refund. I was told intellimali transactions are not refundable but I can do an exchange. That was not a problem. I waited for the other book. Until today I haven't received it. I am writing my exam tomorrow. I sent an email again last week asking for the order to be cancelled as I do not need it anymore. I was told by a guy called Mohamed Faeez that I cannot do an exchange as 14 days has passed and there are no exchanges for an ebook. Mukondeleli once told me that an exchange will be made once they can verify that I did not use the token of the ebook. These are two people working for the same company, saying two different things. I need a printer as an exchange to these books. They are useless to me now as I am writing tomorrow. That Mohamed guy was so unprofessional and made me look so stupid as if I do not know my rights or as if he was doing me a favour. I paid for these books and I do not need them anymore, I need a printer and I will pay for the difference as it slightly more that these two books combined. I need someone who knows what they're doing to assist me with this exchange. Not that Mohamed who is so unprofessional.
