Lack of feedback

Bought books for my girlfriend sometime in January. As we left the store I noticed there was a sign stating if you spent over a grand you qualify for a Shoprite voucher. I returned to the store to ask the staff of the validity of the board but they knew nothing about it and promised to call me once they ask head office about it. Till today I haven't gotten feedback about it. I'm really disappointed at the level of professionalism from the staff, honesty and integrity. I'll definitely be purchasing books at a different store hence forth...
