LACK OF COMMUNICATION

I orderd a book on Saterday. I spoke to an online consultant regarding the paymenet method which she guided me on. I did the payment on Saterday and forwarded the email of proof of payment to Van Shaick. The lady told me that I will recieve the book on Monday by the latest Thuesday. I've send emails but didn't get any responses back. I phoned this morning and found that they never even opened the email regarding the proof of payment which means that the book is in no process. Seeing that they didn't respond on the email since Saterday I had to phone in. Its been 3 days and I've been told to wait for another email and I am still waiting.
