I will never buy anything again from a Van schaik bookstore

I'm devastated. The customer service I experienced at the Van Schaik book store across the Central university of technology was bad... The staff and the manager (Brendon) are inconsiderate, I was helped by one of the staff members when I purchased a textbook worth almost 800rand on saterday the second of maarch when I got to class I discovered that it was the wrong textbook... I returned the textbook on Monday for a refund or a voucher... On arrival at the store the staff ddnt help me they sent me up and down untill I got the hold of the manager thinking that he will help me... He refused to help.ive never been so disrespected in my life... He just told me that there's nothing he can do... Is this how they treat theire loyal customers. I've been purchasing books from the store for the past five years... Tel me what am I supposed to do with such an expensive book that I'm not going use... I'm devastated... I will never use the store again nor would I recommend it...
