I ordered a book 28 January 2015 still waitn

Good day<br> <br> since I ordered a book ( A Leader Who Had No Title) at Hatfield Vans Schaik Book store even today am still waiting for the book.<br> I paid 50% of the book, and I did a follow up a month later I was told they will call me when they have the book, since from then never had anything from them.<br> <br> I called them today trying to find out, I was told they don't have the book, they will call me when they have the book.<br> the consultant is trying to spin the whole issue saying the book was delivered and they have send me an sms, which that never happened, I didn't receive any sms from them, y didn't they call me?<br> <br> I called on Wednesday I was told the book was there, and I told the consultant to keep for me I will come to collect on Friday as I was out of province, I mean really<br> <br> it is so unprofessional and unaccepted for such service after I waited for so long<br>
