I just want what i payed for.

I placed an order for my children's text books on the 5 January this year. It's now the 16 of January 2026. Besides an order confirmation, i've not heard anything else from the Van Schaik. I've tried calling their number. I get into their queue and as soon as it's my turn to speak to someone then i get a recorded message. The lack of transparency and communication in 2026 is appalling not to mention the incredibly long lead times. Come on Van Schaik do better!
