I am being ****med here

I received a quotation from Thato from the Pretoria branch on the 9th of September, then made payment the same day, she then requested for my delivery address on Monday the 13th of September, and while waiting and thinking that my order is on it's way, I then received an e-mail from her that the prices have gone up, it doesn't make sense to me that at the time I am expecting delivery then I am told to pay more. That clearly mean that she didn't check the prices before the quotation was done and sent or I am being ****med to pay more. I have been trying the whole day yesterday to get hold of Charity or Charmaine, left several messages for them but none of them got back to me. This was the most horrible service I have ever encountered and I believe that if people are avoiding speaking to you, there is something fishy going on. I am disgusted with the service I received. It is pathetic to say the least. And I will be taking this matter further.
