Horrible service! No follow ups , No care for their customers!

I wouldn't even give it a rating ! Terrible service . No communication at all! Order and paid EXPRESS on the 06th Jan, quote said stock is available! 2 weeks later I am still waiting for THEMBISILIE to respond to me with regards to 1 book that they have requested from another branch! How long does it take to request a book from another branch ?? 10 working days ! No follow calls , no emails - As a customer , I must call them to find out what is happening. When going to collect the first 2 books , the lady told me that I must be here before she goes on lunch - Like seriously ?! Do NOT buy from them , I would not recommend this company to any parent looking to buy school books ! They expensive and just dont give a **** about you as a customer! You end up being more frustrated than anything else!
