HORRIBLE SERVICE

This is by far the worst service I have ever received. The incompetency to simply pick and order and send it, is shocking. I have since 8 January received nothing but excuses and empty promises, when I have to either phone or email to get some feedback. Not even the mails are rep**** to unless I constantly phone and remind them to please send my order. This resulted in my children not having a single textbook as yet and had to start their new academic year with great difficulty and stress and still, it is a struggle to get the textbooks. I have in my life never came across such carelessness and horrible client service where you as the client need to beg, follow up, remind, explain and ask for you own goods and a tracking/waybill number. I will absolutely not recommend them as a supplier ever to anyone and will urge all parents to rather buy elsewhere and save your children and yourself a lot of stress, tears and frustration.
