Horrible Service
<p>I will never, ever buy book at van shaik store. worse customer service experience. my books have not been delivered. payment made on 31/01/2017, today is 10/02/2017 my order is nowhere to be found.</p> <p>useless call centre agent and supervisor who hanged up the phone on me.</p>

When payment is done on a Friday after office hours, processing would only start on a Monday. Payment takes about 2 -3 days to clear and only then do we action the order. I believe we also had to make changes to your order more than once, which further delayed the order. This is, however, not an excuse, just an explanation of the process.
Nonetheless, as per your request we have actioned your refund.
