Horrible online service

I would not recommend ordering online, it’s not as convenient as you would think it’s supposed to be. I ordered on the 15th January 2025 I’ve been waiting for a week now for my order, they says 3-5 working days, guess what… I’m still waiting. You call they put you to voicemail. I eventually got the to an agent and he said they would send me tracking information, did they email it…..? No!!! At this point just give me my money back.
