Horrible customer service

Van schaik online bookstore is a mess. They don’t comprehend what good customer service is. 1. I called in about my order asking what’s the progress and they told me they had a delay yet they did not bother to send an email or call to make me aware.

2. When they finally decided to deliver the books they miraculously forgot to tell me the books will be half what I ordered. Then I called again and keep saying it’s a mistake on their side with absolutely no remorse all the telephone person kept saying was mmmm mmmm mmmm. When I asked to speak to someone in the customer grievance department, she then kept quiet for the longest of time up until I hung up. They are service is the pits 🚮🚮
