Free Mug ****

On 4 February my friend and I bought books at the Rondebosch store. In-store they promote the special if you buy R1000 or more, you will get a free travel mug. A condition us to registeervfoe the app. App is faulty, did not want to register us. Lady at Rondebosh promised to sort it out and call us to collect the mugs. Next day we visited Sttand Street branch. We explained the situation to the manager,Ryan van der Berg. He asked me send him an email. A week later and I am at struggling to get a reply of Ryan. I even cc' the headoffice email. *** Nobody cares. No customer service
