Fix your online system please.

Why allow customers to make purchases online if we now have to follow up on our own to the store that's dispatching the order? even your call center has no clue about status of the orders(worse your website everything remains as pending) Customer service is poor here, Don't buy online unless you want headaches.... it's a pity they are "the preffered academic supplier", now we have to deal with them when purchasing our kids books.
