**** Online promises

<p>I ordered a book from the bookstore online and delivery was supposed to be in 5days maximum.it's been more 2 weeks and still no book.called the store and was told the book is at another branch.I enquired about a possible refund only to be told that would take almost 7 days.I even sent emails....Why promise quick delivery,charging R80 then wait for 17 days!!!!</p>
