EMPTY PROMISES AND NO BOOKS

If I could Rate NO STAR I would. I have ordered books and it was supposed to have been delivered a while ago. Every time I e-mail I get either NO response or a response saying they will deliver tomorrow. Tomorrow is still coming. Also when you phone them, it goes directly to a voicemail and if you want to leave a message, it says, mailbox full.

I don't understand how any company can treat their customers this bad.

If I can give advise, NEVER EVER order books from Van Schaik bookstore.
