Don't care abt it's own customers

I have bought a book here and it costed me about 790, to get the book I had to travel to Bloemfontein to get the book travelling from Bethlehem. It's about 300ks. Today I realised I got a wrong book and I wanted to return it. I drove back to the store again from Bethlehem to return the book and get the correct book. Now they tell me that the book is not in a good condition. I cannot keep a book as the store. I dnt even know how they keep the books to be in a good condition. I kept this book with the other books and it has just 1 tilt at the corner they tell me is not in the condition. I hate the fact that the company does not take care of it's customers. For me to drive all the way here to return the it shows m desperate for assistance. This means that books can never be returned at van schaik because I believe no individual can buy a book and keep it in the same way that it went out of the store. I wanted to buy a book from somewhere else but I guess my loyalty ****ed me
