Dishonest and shocking service

Ordered books from their online store, paid for express delivery. The online shop states it takes 3 to 5 business days to be delivered. After a week, tried contacting them, to no avail. Received no response. Started phoning. Promised that they would sort out the issue and get back to me. Many phonecalls later and 2 weeks have passed and only half the books have been delivered. The service is despicable. They take payment for books that they don’t have in stock, and they just ignore you. I have never experienced such poor service. I would not recommend them to anyone!!!!!
