Disgusting customer service

WORST EXPERIENCE!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Firstly you say I did not make payment. I send proof of payment then you still tell me I haven't paid ? Excuse me? Am I on drugs???

The call center SERVICE???!!! Absolutely bull****. The people you speak to.?? No sense of Urgency. You ask for an ETA and guess what you get "hmmm... maybe.. probably... I don't know" ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? The level of professionalism is absolutely Horrible.
