Disgruntled customer

I ordered books on 09 March 2023, to this day I have not received these. When I called to enquire I am told these were delivered on 16 March 2023 and were given to someone else without my consent. I did not even receive a call from these guys saying they were ready to deliver my parcel. I am so disgruntled and disappointed at the same time. My assignment is due in a week's time.
