Disappointing service!

Ordered express delivery for a book on the 18th of Jan. I called on the 22nd and the agent said that the book will be fetched by couriers and delivered on the 23rd. Wow, 23rd today and nothing. Called to find out and I’m told that the courier company was only told to come today to fetch the book! No communication or anything from Van Schaik! Disappointing service!
