Disappointing service!

I have received despicable service from Precious Ngomane who was extremely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. I requested a quotation (312926) over 3 weeks ago in which she closed the ticket WITHOUT assisting first. I then phoned and followed up only to be told by her that she’s waiting for a price list from supplier and that she would email it as soon as received, this never happened. I phoned the second time after a week, she said she’s sending it now now at 2pm. Another week went by I phoned today and she nonchalantly stated she’s been on leave, she will check and “send it at 2”. I am WAITING for this quotation in order to acquire my books & prep for my exams. To receive this pathetic service from an organisation this large, at a time where the academic year just resumed is disheartening.
