Delay in book delivery

<p>On the 13th of March i pruchased two books from van sckaik on line. Thje first book was deliver within two days. I was told that the second book will be delivered within 3 to 6 weeks. It has been 8 weeks now, so to clled the book store to enquire. The person assiting me seemed to not know what he is doing. Firstly he told me the book had not been ordered. Then called back after and hour to say there is a delay with the suppliers. I thne asked how much loinger will i have to wait. He did not know told me he will call me back after speaking to the supplier. My opinio since van schaik has deciede to do on line shopping please train your support staff. Firstly the reason i go on line ism for convienience and speed. If you have an online based bussiness these two thing are key in keeping up with your market. I am expremly disappointed with your services and how the whole transaction was handle. And the person assisting me today was just plan inefficient.</p> <p> </p>
