Change of book prices

Last week i went to Van Schaik Bookstore at HAtfield in Pretoria with my daughter to check the price of the Introduction of Social Work book an the price was R350. Since we wanted to compare prices we went to another book where the price of the book was R600. We decided that we will buy it at Van Schaik this week. I gave her the money to buy the book but when she arrived there this week on Monday they price was R600. She asked the staff there when did it went up and all that and they were so rude to her.

I am really annoyed especially in this FEES MUST FALL ERA there bookstore that will cheat students instead of assisting. I have always had a ggod service with that bookshop that's why it was my first choice to check but i am really dissappointed as that is the day light ******* and the services was really poor. My daughter is doing first year Social Work at UP.

The manager called me and I went to the shop to explain exactly what I wrote about on hello Peter. She was nice but she didn't help much she just explain that someone put a wrong price which told me that there are *********** people working at Van Schaik in Hatfield and they are making that parent's problem.Im disappointed really disappointed but at least I know where not to go to buy books for my kids and I will make sure that people know too.
