Cancelled an order and still waiting for a refund more than a month later!

I placed an order for school text books beginning of January- did not hear anything from them and started phoning. That next week I was told the other branch refused to give them one of the books so they would have to place an order with main branch. When asked why I was not contacted so I can fetch it myself- was told- she was not sure! I told them to cancel as I will find it elsewhere. I was sent refund forms and was told it will be refunded in the same week if forms are in by the Tuesday- I sent it the same Monday- forward 4 more weeks- every week I get told it will be this week. Totally disgusting that I have to keep nagging and still nothing! Do Not Buy from them
