BY FAR MY WORST EXPERIENCE OF ORDERING ONLINE

I am currently receiving the worst service from Van schaik bookstore and Internet express. On the 20th of January I ordered a book online because I could not get the book at the Van Schaik in my area. The order was supposed to be delivered by Internet express within 4 to 8 working days. It is now the 16th working day****h February 2025) and I still have not received my book. From the 2nd week of me ordering the book I started calling Van Schaik to find out what was the hold up but their agents keep giving me the same response which is "I'll get the book within this week" but by the end of the week the book has not been delivered. When I track were the book is on the Internet Express website it shows that the order has been in transit since the 30th of January 2025. I even took a step further to call Internet express yesterday (10th February) to find out when is my book going to be delivered and the agent told me she will call me back after 5 minutes because she wanted to call the warehouse to find out where the book is but she never called me back. I am falling behind on my studies because of this whole situation. This is by far my worst experience when it comes to ordering things online.
