Bull**** Book service

Ordered books online for express delivery which is 3-5 days, 3 weeks later still no books, no communication and when I went to the store I was told to phone the Head office myself while the staff are busy standing around chatting and laughing with each other. When went to the shop the previous week to follow up they said it would be the next day(2 weeks ago). I am also still waiting for feedback from there customer service as well.
