Bad Service Experienced - Van Schalk Book Store Parow

I called Van Schalk Book Store in Parow today at about 13h45 and whilst speaking to someone this person appeared to hang up the phone whilst I was on the line speaking which is my view because I certainly did not hang up. I then tried to contact the store over 5 times telephonically but the line rang unanswered each time. This is not good service in my view and I am disappointed.
