Bad service ever, or?

Upon request of a quotation, it took a 2-week endless phone calls from me to receive it, was told that servers are down, made payment to them and called to check for the availability of books and was told with a bad attitude that I should wait for 3 days until money clears, since it was not from the same bank as their FNB one, I mean that woman did not even check if the money reflects on their account. As old as their staff is, Van Schaik Wits Matrix has an *********** and lazy staff.
