Bad Service

My frustration with Van Schaik is on another level. I have bought text books for delivery online more than 3 weeks ago and ended up having to go inside the store to collect. When i was there for collection, i was told that the other 4 books were sourced from other stores and will be couriered. Four days later, still no communication and no delivery. I tried cancelling the Order but the system does not allow. The calls are not being answered and even when they are answered i was advised to send an email. All i want is my money back and never ever procure from there ever again. I also had friends telling me that they also had to cancel orders from Van Schaik. This is so frustrating and emotionally draining.
