Bad service and unfulfilled order

My sponsor paid for my laptop and stationery quote. I received a payment confirmation on the 20th of May 2024. Ever since the payment I haven’t received my order and they don’t make an effort to communicate unless I initiate contact and every time I call or email they always give me an excuse of a different item being in order from their supplier. I am tired of waiting and you replying to my inquiry email with excuses. It’s been more than a month. What are you doing to get my order delivered to me. I am a student and I need those items,you are disrupting my academic. I am barely surviving without my PC and textbooks. My patience has ran out.
