Bad service all roiund

Bad service. They make a promise to deliver within 1-5 working days. That is not true. They failed to deliver my order. When contacting their customer care centre the responce is very vague. They say they will get back to you and never do. I cancelled the order, they say they will refund in +/-14 days. That duration has passed and I haven't received my refund.
