Bad experience ordering online

What a bad experience ordering online. I order after reading that it will take my order 3-5 working days to deliver to a pargo collection point. After 5 working days I phoned and asked for my code I need to pick up the order as I have not received the code yet. They asked for my order number, which seems like they could not track my order or find it and asked if a payment went off, I stated that a payment did go off and I have received the payment confirmation via email. They still could not find anything and said they will call back. Did not hear anything from them, no one phoned back and now I am without a textbook I need urgently. I would not have order from them if I knew it would take longer than the given days as stated on their website.
