Bad customer service

Communication is slow. When I called to find out whats happening with my order I was told that it was pending. When I wanted to cancel my order I was told that my payment hadn't even been processed ( POP faxed as stated on their website) only to be told their fax doesn't work. I have sent a POP twice since and have received no feedback or real help.
