Bad customer service and delivery

I ordered books online on the 29/12/2024. I order a total of six books for my son starting Matric. Never received no feedback on delivery or ETA on books , numerous followups calls to be told they wanted to the books from nearby stores but can't give an ETA. My son is in the second week of school and still no books or even a ETA on them. I placed by trust in the wrong company. Don't order from this company unless you don't want to actually get your books
