Bad customer service

Van Schaik seems like they do not understand the matter of urgency, i paid for the books on 21st August 2019,sent proof of payment and details to be sent to, even today 27 August my books not yet delivered,when I call they tell me they will be dispatching today, in the mean time i still can't do my assignments.so cross and irritated.
