Bad bad bad

The worst online services ever. I ordered online to collect in store (Pretoria church square). Never received any feedback until I voluntarily go to store. Only to find out that the books has been dispatched and wasn’t getting and correspondence and missing 2 books. I waited weeks until I decide to call call centre and said the books have been delivered weeks ago but no one is contacting me. Bad service i should have order at Takealot. Fast and convenient
