Appauling Service- Van Schaik Bookstore

I placed an order for a book online on the 2nd Feb, made a payment on the 3rd Feb i sent proof of payment.

I received a confirmation e-mail on the 4th Feb confirming receipt and that funds are allocated accordingly.

I have been calling Van Schaik Bookstore for the past 2 days there is no answer even sent e-mails querying the status of my order there is no response to date.

I'm starting to wonder if i will ever get my order. Such terrible service no one to assist e-mails not attended to and calls not answered.
